Belmont, Victoria

Our first Passive House medium-density residential development project. The client approached Aphi Projects with a strong ambition to design and build his very own Passive House - the big difference being that it would be to the rear of his existing house! This project has recently been endorsed by the local council planning department.

APH1050 Caulfield - DD - Facade Photo 2 small.png

Caulfield South, Victoria

An exciting project in the leafy inner suburb of Caulfield South in Melbourne's East. The design is the culmination of the client's requirements for a minimalist, modern and robust family home that will keep everyone cool in summer and warm in winter. It will also serve as the home office for the client's fashion business, integrating core values such as comfort, functionality and up-cycling of used materials.

Expected completion mid 2019.

East Geelong Concept.png

East Geelong, Victoria

This beautiful old worker's cottage was in dire need of some TLC. Apart from ensuring that the house was well insulated from the cold victorian mornings, a beautiful north-facing extension will provide the new owner with a lovely place to sit and enjoy the cottage garden.
