Fifth Avenue Passivhaus

Designed by the acclaimed architect Ric Zen of Zen Architects, this modest masterpiece will settle in the coastal canopy of Anglesea along the Great Ocean Road. The site has its challenges but also has plenty of rewards - a peaceful, strong outlook of the famous rugged Victorian coastline.

Grandview passivhaus concept

On a small suburban site in Torquay, Victoria, this design is aiming for a certified Passivhaus on a modest budget, without compromising design or function.
